Zarda leaned against the wall it was the only thing keeping her up right, otherwise she would have passed out due to how bored she was. And her royal pain in the assess just kept on talking how could anyone live with so many fucking rules was beyond her. She couldn't take this anymore, there was no way she could live like this with everyone knowing her business and telling her how to do things. That was no way to live. She hadn't been paying attention or she would have noticed Diana talking to her, she didn't know and didn't care instead or replying to her Zarda punched her hard enough to knock her away before spinning around and punching the other asshole that was with Diana, she couldn't remember his name he wore a hood and hand a lightning bolt on his chest and now he was holding himself. Zarda took her chance and flew off heading some place she had no idea where though, but anyplace was better than where she had been.
Diana gave the order for Parasite to go after her and either bring her back or kill her she didn't care which. He did as he was told and managed to chase her half way around the world before he knocked her out of the sky. Zarda hit the ground hard cracking the earth beneath her rolling to her feet, she got back up swinging a fist at the pink blob only he caught it so she swung with her free hand and he caught that as well. Try as she might couldn't get free as she struggled to get free she noticed something wasn't right, she could feel herself getting weaker by the second worse yet she was starting to age very fast while the pink blob got fatter. When he was done taking everything Parasite tossed her away like she was trash figuring she was dead now, but she wasn't she was just too weak to do anything other than just laying there on the strange island she had crash landed on. She laid there for some time before she gained enough strength to get up in one hand she held onto her clothes that was far too big for her to wear she used her other hand to hold onto whatever she could find a breeze could come along and knock her over she wasn't looking forward to being beat up by the wind.
Looking around, she noticed there was just tree's it didn't look like anyone lived on this island that was great she was stuck like this and on this island that was just wonderful that pink asshole just turned this place in her prison. With no people here she couldn't return to her younger self which meant she'd never be able to get off this island. She got maybe five feet before she had to rest while leaning against a tree she heard movement looking around she spotted a tiger? On an island...? Yeah, that was strange. "You'd waste your time trying to eat me there isn't enough meat here to fill you up fuzzball." She said watching the large cat circle around her.

The impact rocked the island. Not so much physically as it did on Circe's magical ward level. They practically screamed in her head when both Zarda and the Parasite landed. Usually, when her wards did that, it meant an invasion, or something of equal dread, was about to start. Waiting, the sorceress found the battle to be short lived as one of the two left, while the other… sensing visitors on her island had never been an exact art, but the remaining person most assuredly appeared to be drastically weakened. Perhaps even dying, if Circe was lucky.
She took her time venturing to the intruder, being in no hurry to bury her, and not really caring that she was slowly… very slowly… exploring the island. Truth be told, Circe was in no mood to deal with visitors, not after the incident with Baba Yaga and the other Athena. They brought trouble to her home and that was the truth.
Upon reaching the spot where her senses told her the intruder would be, Circe was more than a little shocked to see what amounted to a shriveled old hag being stalked by a tiger. Keeping her distance, the sorceress did make her presence known by clearing her throat and voicing her opinion. "He might not be looking to you as food, but rather something to sharpen his claws on and a few bones to crack for fun." Hearing his mistress' voice, the tiger promptly retreated back a bit and lounged in the sun, while she took up his motion and circled the woman a few times, trying to figure her out. "Not many find my island to begin with. And I would never have suspected someone of your apparent age to do such a thing. Although… I'm guessing you don't always look like this. Just who did you piss off, granny?"

Zarda was annoyed that the tiger wouldn't leave her alone if she could, she'd scare the thing away, but she didn't really have it in her to do so much. She did try and kick the tiger it didn't do any good, however the beast just looked at her like she was an idiot and her boot fell off her boney foot landing in the sand in between them. "Go away you stupid thing!" She glared at the tiger who didn't budge at all from where he had been standing. She looked over when someone spoke up letting her know she wasn't alone with the large cat anymore.
"He wouldn't be able to rip my skin and my bones would shatter his teeth." even though she looked older than dirt didn't mean her DNA changed. "I wasn't looking for your island to begin with I was just trying to lose the pink blob that was chasing me." She glared at Circe "No, I didn't always look like this just find me a human and I'll get out of your hair. And don't call me granny!" She snapped, she hated the thought of being old and now that she looked like an old hag was the worse thing to ever happen to her. "And it was Wonder Woman she had too many rules for my liking so I punched her and I left she sent a flying pink blob after me, he managed to knock me out of the air and I landed here. I didn't expect him to take my power." she wasn't going to go into to much detail she didn't know this woman nor trusted her enough to tell her anything other then what she already had.

The tiger snarled, as if in response to being called stupid, and grabbed the fallen boot, claiming it as his own. If the bony woman were lucky and she changed how she acted towards the beast, maybe, just maybe she would get it back with only some minor punctures in the material.
"Oh, I am certain there are ways to tenderize your decrepit body, grandmother," Circe purred, enjoying seeing someone so helpless. It was a long time since that happened. "Pink blob?' she asked, arching a manicured eyebrow. But, her magic soon answered the question for, causing the sorceress to frown. "Rudy Jones, otherwise known as the Parasite. A disgusting little man and had I known he was chasing you in the first place, I wouldn't have gotten involved. As for how you survived his leeching abilities…" Circe's voice trailed off as she thought that out. Most victims of the Parasite would simply be dead; mummified bodies, not shriveled and old and still utilizing a rather smart mouth while being in such a condition. "You must be a rather powerful person to still be alive."
Find her a human and she would be gone? As insane as that statement sound, Circe was a bit intrigued and she looked back at her tiger. Upon receiving attention, the beast, who had been testing the suppleness of the boot material, promptly tossed the article of clothing away and did his best to maintain his innocence. "Not you, my pet. I would never think of harming you." The second part of the woman's story almost seemed laughable. "You punched Wonder Woman, and she responded by sending the Parasite after you. What did you expect? You are lucky to be alive. I know that Jones has the memory and brains of a gnat, but you had best be sure he thought you dead, otherwise we may be having company in a short period of time." Again.
Not wanting to deal with this hag much long, Circe quickly used her magic to locate a young man no one would miss or notice he was gone and teleported the youth next to the hag, bound and gagged in order to make things easier. "There. There is your human. What do you intend to do next?"

Zarda glared at the tiger when he decided to claim her boot as a new chew toy she'd make sure he'd regret ever doing that. But it'd have to wait until she was back to her normal young self when she could actually do something other then glare. Speaking of glaring she turned her pale, almost white eyes at Circe when she again called her grandmother. The list of her things to do? Get young again skin a tiger and teach this woman a lesson in why calling her grandmother was a very bad idea. "You have no idea." she replied when Circe suggested she must be powerful to survive Rudy's attack unlike everyone else who just died.
He could come back? She didn't think of that though if that did happen, she would just have to do things differently, but in the meantime Circe had been so nice to bring her such a young treat. Not saying a word she fired the purple/white light from her eyes this time hitting its target there was a scream of pain before it died out along with the light and all that remained of the man was a charred spot where he had stood and a pile of ash. Purple lightning began to arc off her body in different places as her body began to change. It was like time had been reversed her gray hair turned black grew to long curly hair, her skin becoming less and less wrinkled by the second missing muscle mass returning filling out her body making her less and less mummy like. She had grown so much the once loose clothing she had been holding onto stretched tight over her body. Her pale lavender eyes had darkened to a more normal lavender. When it had finished Zarda looked like a woman in her late 20’s early 30’s.
Before a word could be said Zarda slammed her fists onto the ground, causing the whole island to shake violently the point was to make Circe and the tiger lose their balance. Using her superior speed she grabbed both Circe and the tiger by their necks pinning them to the ground in a vice like grip. "Never. Call. Me. Grandmother. Again!" she said, her eyes glowing bright purple to show just how angry she was. She noticed the tiger clawing at her arm trying to rip the flesh from it, although it was pointless he didn't leave a mark on her skin. She tossed the tiger away like he was a toy it wouldn't be hard to find him again and skin the beast.

Circe saw the anger in the old woman's eyes, and a small voice inside the back of her head said that she should be careful, but why bother? She was an all powerful sorceress, she had killed gods before. If this woman was foolish enough to piss off Diana and just walk away without a secondary game plan, then she deserved what happened to her. Really and truly she did. Power meant nothing if you didn't have the brains to back it all up. Hence why Circe had spent the past five years in hiding. If they thought her dead, then it would be that much easier to come back into the world and live out a quiet existence for the rest of her long life or until the heroes had all killed themselves. Then she could do whatever she pleased.
The flash momentarily blinded the goddess, causing spots to appear before her eyes that eventually faded in time for her to see the woman change. There was no magic involved. Circe could easily tell that, otherwise she would have felt the sudden pulse and exchange of life energies. Yet still, she was intrigued by the change and knew that countless mortals would want this little ability for themselves. Clearly the woman was not human. Super-powered at the very least, but perhaps alien as well. One thought that had entered the sorceress' mind was why hadn't she simply used this ability with Circe around As far as she could tell, there was nothing needed besides a warm body. No incantation, preparation, or anything of the sort. Could she sense that Circe was immortal? Would that have caused the de-aging not to work?
All those questions running through the Greek woman's head distracted her long enough for the now young woman to attack. The seismic shock sent Circe too the ground and before she knew it, the dark-aired woman had her pinned to the dirt by the neck. Her tiger, despite its efforts to keep his mistress safe was flung far away. Circe, not wanting one of her pets hurt, magically cushioned the animals fall and sent him away to the far side of the island. It would likely only delay him and his return, but perhaps it would buy the sorceress some time and allow her to make amends for her mistakes. "I swear I will not insult you again," she told the woman, looking up into those glowing eyes. "Had I known you could do such a thing or had such power, I would not have acted so ignorantly. What may I call you? Give me a name or title and I shall never besmirch you or your visage again." She could easily turn the woman into something unnatural, but Circe was unsure how well her magic would affect her physically. So instead, she set out to magically charm her with words.

It was a good thing none of Circe's other pets decided to help her in the state she was they would have been ripped apart nothing left to put back together again. Which also meant she was close to doing the same thing to Circe had she given her reason to do so. "What was that saying human's have? Oh yes. Do not judge a book by its cover for the book could rip you apart." Okay, that wasn't really how it went, but it should get the point across none the less. Who would make fun of someone when they could melt your head before you could utter a word? Probably no one.
Zarda thought about what she had said, deciding if she should let the woman live or not perhaps for now that could all change so very fast. "Princess Zarda." she finally spoke was she really one or not she really couldn't remember, but her followers called her that so she decided to keep it. She finally released the woman so she could get up from the dirt. She stood up clearly taller than Circe now as she scanned the area before something within her broken mind clicked, causing her to remember something from time long past "Aeaea..." she wasn't sure if she was right though, but it really did look like what she had been told from a story she had heard years ago. Who had told her that story she couldn't say did she know who the island was supposed to be owned by? Well the details were a little fuzzy and just like that, it went away, causing her to shrug it off like it wasn't that important to her.
She did remember one thing though she looked around until she found it walking over she picked up her chewed on boot. The thought of hunting down the tiger and skinning it to make a replacement did cross her mind because it looked really bad and there was drool on it who knows what else. She didn't want to be known as the one boot woman. The idea of skinning the tiger was starting to sound like a great idea only thing was she would have to find it shouldn't be to hard.

Circe was not about to correct the woman on her saying, no matter how wrong it is. If she nearly tried to choke the life out of her for joking about her age, begin told her phrases were wrong mind end up with a worse death. "Covers are always very misleading. My apologies, but it is good that you are restored to your proper and glorious appearance." So long as she looked like this, no one, not even a blind person, would call her grandmother. But still, there was a look in the woman's eye that gave of the possibility that she could lose it at any moment.
"Princess…. Zarda?" That name was not familiar to her, not that Circe was truly up to date on every royal family and lineage nowadays. That had been a duty for when she was younger and still looking to marry. Or perhaps the correct wording should have been that her mother was looking to marry her off. Standing up, Circe brushed the dirt from her clothes before looking at the taller woman. The much taller woman. Not that the sorceress was short to begin with, but Princess Zarda was perhaps taller than Superman, making her look practically diminutive. "Yes, this is my home. What about it?" Circe asked when she briefly mentioned the name of her island.
The sorceress tried to use magic in order to read her mind, though it did little good. Inside Zarda's head was a fractured place, with thoughts being fired off at random. This just gave Circe another reason to play nicely. But one mental glitch easy to read was the woman's desire to find her tiger and skin it for a pair of boots. Unfortunately, that wasn't something Circe desired. Her animals were very much her family and she was not about to see them die. With a simple gesture, the boot in Princess Zarda's hand was repaired and once more pristine-looking, matching the one she was currently wearing. "Might we retire to my home, or do you wish to be on your way now that you are healed, Princess Zarda?" Either choice would be better than her hunting on the island.

"The witch lover of Odysseus child of Helios and Perses." Zarda checked something in one of her pockets it was a small ring box made out of metal "Pigs..." she trailed off just as Parasite landed behind her apparently he didn't go very far wanting to make sure she was dead. He had waited until she restored herself so he could feed off her again or so he had planned. Spinning around Zarda rammed her fist into his mouth, placing the box she had inside him before ripping her hand out with her other fist she punched him in the neck hard enough to break the box open. "Once is more than enough." She moved back out of the way as black spider vein like markings spreading across his body. "I could save you... But why would I want to?" she moved back out of his reach she had no plans on saving him, but she would rather watch him die a horrible painful death so much more fun. That was suppose to have been for her mate Hyperion until she stole it, then she ended up here and never managed to get rid of it until now. Walking over she stomped on his head crushing his skull under her boot that was the best part of the whole thing. She titled her head to the side thinking about something until she used her flash vision to clean up the mess mostly it had been hot enough that the sand had turned to glass but other than that there wasn't a trace of him left.
Oh, and now she had a new boot, she put it on it saving the tiger from a painful death. "Zarda." She didn't want to be called princess for some reason she couldn't remember why she had been given the title didn't really matter though. "I... Do not know where to go. This isn't my world." she admitted it looked like earth sure, but she knew it wasn't her earth a different one like she had been on before but this one wasn't that one either. That earth didn't have a Superman or Wonder Woman. They had a Hulk a man dressed in not iron, but called himself Iron Man and Doom he was annoying and he talked too much about everything. It was an okay place to be but the people there annoyed her a lot. She waited for Circe to lead them to her home or whatever she planned on doing unless it was trying to kill her than things were going to get ugly really fast.

"Yes, loving Odysseus and pigs. That is what I have been reduced to," Circe commented, a small displeased sigh escaping her lips. Did they ever remember anything else about her? No, it always cam back to the turning men into pigs thing. When mortals latched onto something, they refused to let it go without a fight. And Parasite was a prime example of that. The sorceress stepped back, giving the two plenty of room to fight, though it was a rather short, one-sided battle. Zarda made quick work of the pink blob, doing something to him that caused as rather unexpected change before his skull was caved in and his body utterly destroyed. "You certainly do not mess around. I like that." It was a good thing this woman was on her side. At least for the time being.
And this suddenly felt and sounded like deja vu. A super powered woman with no place to go. Circe knew her island had been a sort of haven for shipwrecked sailors in the past, but this was becoming a little ridiculous. How many guests was this now? Three? Four? Not wanting to end up like the Parasite and feeling just a bit curious as to how this woman would speak of her island before naming her, Circe nodded. "You may stay here until you feel the need to move on." If need be, Circe could show the woman a few places where she could set up shop when the time came. "You will be a guest in my home and I will provide what you need in order to make your stay comfortable," she said, leading her back to her home. "The outside appearance is merely an illusion. I would rather avoid attention from certain caped individuals, if you understand my meaning. My animals will behave around you. They will not eat you or destroy your property. I ask that you return that kindness and do the same. Is there anything you would like to request immediately?"

"No, I was merely stating what I remembered from hearing around the campfires. Though I don't remember them saying you had purple hair." It would be hard to forget hair color like that back then it would stick out more than it did in this day and age. "The only messing around I do is in the bedroom." did she care what Circe thought? No, not really she usually spoke what came to mind, even if it made people around her mad or uncomfortable it didn't matter to her one bit.
Kai left the house wondering why there had been an earthquake they didn't have earthquakes here. That and she needed some time away from Lyta, it was getting weird. It was like she was watching herself when she was younger, but from a different point of view. It was rather strange to put it mildly. She stopped walking when she noticed Circe wasn't alone moving slightly, she could partly see who the goddess was with. Wasn't hard to tell who she was with only one person in the world dressed like that. And that was her father, although from the way they were acting towards one another, they weren't together on this earth.
Zarda looked over at Circe "We're being watched." She stated before looking at the redheaded woman not all that far from them. Kai frowned at the way Zarda had said that "I'm not being creepy if that's what you're thinking I was just going to talk to Circe about something until I saw she was busy." it was getting hard not to tell Circe everything more so now that Zarda was here. Was she worried about not being born? Not really this wasn't the past of the earth she was from Superman never went crazy and her older sister wasn't an emo pain in the butt that had been saved for Kai when she turned ten and on word for years to come. Though she did wonder if the Amora of this world was dead because she was pretty sure the blonde bald lapdog would have told her what had happened in her bedroom. Some noise would have been made, but she couldn't tell if anything had happened or not. But then again, maybe she was gone and that was the reason Kai had been attacked? Well, that was a depressing thought.
Zarda looked away from the redhead back to Circe anything she would like? Yeah her naked in Zarda's bed or the redhead or both of them naked in her bed. All those thoughts ran through her mind until she settled on one "No." and she walked off leaving Circe alone with the redhead so they could talk about whatever it was the other woman wanted to talk to the goddess about.

"I didn't have purple hair back then. Time changes people, though if you know the stories, the still said I had 'beautiful tresses'," Circe said with a smile. Back during the time of the Trojan War, her hair had been a gloriously rich mahogany color. It had stayed that color up until the time of her death, or rather, her first death. She never knew why whatever force brought her back gave her new hair as well, nor did she question it. The color was a nice change. "Have whatever bedmates you desire while on this island, so long as they are willing and of a proper age, Zarda. That is all I ask." She left the rule at that. If Zarda needed to inquire further by what she meant, then they might have a problem. But, she seemed like a smart girl, so Circe doubted that there would be a problem.
Circe was well aware of Kai's presence, even before Zarda had pointed it out. "She is my daughter." That seemed like the easiest and most straight forward explanation. "You need not worry about her." Although there was something on the woman's mind, Circe could tell that easily. Kaileena was normally more relaxed than this. Did she know Zarda from her time? Was she trouble? The likelihood of Kaileena answering these questions was very slim, as knowledge regarding the future was a dangerous thing, but perhaps she could fish out a few tidbits.
No? That was not the answer running through Zarda's head. Circe had seen the look in the woman's eyes and knew it all too well. Men had given her the same lingering look over the years, and sometimes she had returned the gaze. But, she let it go. If Zarda wanted her, she would need to ask. Waiting for the princess to be a comfortable distance away, Circe turned to Kaileena. 'What's wrong? Is Lyta being difficult?" She hadn't expected the adjustment to be an easy one, but at least Kai's choker was helping in this situation.

Zarda gave her a strange look "I do not sleep with children." Why in the world would Circe even say such a thing to her? That didn't sit very well with her. "Everyone I've ever been with was willing I don't force myself on anyone." Zarda might not have been all there, but she was no rapist she didn't even like them herself. There had been many times where she had killed someone because they had tried forcing themselves on someone or claimed they were one. Whatever thoughts Zarda had about Circe or Kaileena were long gone after what the elder of two had said.
"She has her moments. But that's not why I'm here. I talked with Hugin and realized this wasn't my past. Superman never went crazy nor was my sister a pain in the butt Amazon lover." She wasn't worried about being unmade now that she knew for sure this wasn't the earth she came from. "You wanted to know who my father is the one person who loved you more than anything?" She pointed to where Zarda had just disappeared "Zarda is my father. Yeah a woman, but you two go at it like rabbits. Bedroom destroying bed breaking hot and heavy bunny loven." Hopefully she was painting a good enough picture for her "Her mind was broken by the gods, but seemed to stable around my mother so much so that hardly anything bothered including everything my mother had done in the past it didn't matter to her just loved her anyway. Which included being turned into a man to either have a new baby or change things up in the bedroom." It was a good start right? There was more to tell but she wanted Circe to deal with this first before she moved onto other things.

"I did not say you did sleep with children, Zarda. Nor did I say you forced yourself on others," Circe tried to explain. Briefly glancing away, she had realized her mistake as soon as Zarda had given her that look, and the sorceress was surprised that she was not slammed into the ground a second time for such an apparent accusation. "If you know my name and my story, you know that I have a rather unique history with men. Often they came here and some would abuse my hospitality. To them my attendants were just that, female servants for them to use as they pleased. Before coming here, men would try to do the same to me. At least on the sly. All but one failed, and he was dealt with accordingly." Circe's first husband wasn't weak-willed in everything. The sorceress hoped that this explanation would suffice, but she had the feeling that the damage had been done already. Had Lyta not been on the island, she wouldn't have even spoken that rule.
"Her? I marry her?" Circe asked incredulously. She did not see how they could possibly get along as a couple. Friends, perhaps. Allies, yes. But a married couple? "Did she want to kill your mother the first time they met?" Broken mind or not, it still seemed to be a difficult notion for her to grasp, let alone the notion of 'going at it like rabbits'. That just… Circe blinked. She felt like she was going crazy or missing something. "She and I? For how long?" she asked, sitting down as a chair appear instantly. Circe knew that Kai was immortal, she could sense that easily, but telling her exact age was difficult. And that didn't necessarily meant her parents were still together after all this time. It almost felt like some odd joke was being played upon her. She was having a hard time accepting this idea, as strange as it was.

"In case you haven't noticed I'm not a man I'm not controlled by a second head in my pants. Besides, why would I want the help when the mistress would be the better option?" If Zarda wanted anyone in her bed it would be Circe she wouldn't want her attendants she had standers not many but they were higher than a man's. Zarda wasn't one to settle for second rate when first was always better in most cases. "Then he got what was coming to him for being so stupid." Did she know who Circe spoke of? No. Did she care who it was? Nope. Whoever the man was too stupid to keep living.
"Yep." Came the simple reply. Kai had an idea of what Circe was thinking that wasn't hard to figure out. "Possibly. Stubborn meets stubborn, there's going to be problems. They worked them out eventually. Had things in common both had been Ares lover at one point or another both hate him." she had to think on Circe's next question partly because she hadn't really kept track of her age among other things "About 13,000 years. I was born about 5,000 years after they hooked up." So it was just her parent's and Lyta for that time until Circe finally decided she wanted children once Lyta was an adult and went off on her own leaving them alone. "I was the first of four children."
