"My hero." James thought they were joking the whole time, but apparently they weren't from the look Midori was giving him when she had said that. "I know you would save me." he was enjoying the kiss until she suddenly changed "I'm like a year older than you if I'm getting old then you're getting old too." Oh so that's why she was acting like she was and it wasn't because she was cold. James gave in and gave Midori a round two and a round three even a round four. But that was it, he was tired now. "Not old."
James nodded, although he wasn't sure how she would send a picture to his parent's as they weren't on their world. "Sounds good." he wasn't thinking too good at the moment after all that sex they just had he was half asleep. "A small ceremony? Outside the U.S. maybe?" he wasn't really sure where the wedding should be something to think on later. That was the last thing he heard because the next thing he had passed out missing the whole wanting to get something to eat. Leaving Midori to fend for herself when it came to getting something to eat.

That was why they fit together so well. They could both read each others moods and mannerisms so very well, knowing exactly how to react to each varying situation. "Most definitely your hero, even if I do not have a specially shield like you do. Or did." Midori didn't know if he still had the thing. She hadn't seen it since he became an assassin. "Yes, but you're getting old a year before I am. When your hip breaks, I will still be doing cartwheels. When you have trouble getting up, I will be there to help get the blood flowing. I will always be there for my elderly husband," she smirked. "And I will never leave him for another, younger man." After round four, Midori wasn't sure she could walk, let alone complain about anything in the world. She just laid there, body numb and mind content as she nodded, agreeing with James. "Not old. Not old at all."
"Outside the States sounds fine to me. Perhaps a small island somewhere. Some place we can hide and not worry about being interrupted," she answered looking over at her now sleeping bedmate. Giving a goodnatured sigh, she sat up and kissed her softly before getting up and seeing what could be fixed when it came to food. A batchelor's pad wasn't always the best place to find something cookable, but surprisingly James was well stocked with a variety of item. In the mood for something quick and easy, Midori prepared a simple pasta dish with some sliced ham and veggies mixed in. Dishing out enough for two, Midori brought her plate back to where James was dozing, while leaving his in the oven to keep warm. She then took the time to make sure they were both comfortable and dry, gently putting a blanket over most of her fiance. Kissing him once more, she then devoured her meal as the rain continued to fall.
