Rain wandered the halls of the HYDRA base just learning the place because at the moment she didn't have anything to do. So she gave herself a tour of the place on her little tour, she met the Red Skull he didn't seem to like her or was just in a bad mood, she didn't know which but he ordered her to make herself useful and follow him as he made his way to Madam HYDRA's office. She frowned, not liking the way he was treating her like she was some sort of dog to bark orders at. But she did follow him and a number of other men to the office only to find it was empty. The boss lady was out doing something or someone or whatever, it wasn't any of Rain's business that didn't sit well with the Red Skull though.
Ignoring his orders Rain began to leave the group until he grabbed her arm, keeping her from leaving causing her to spin around and slam her open palm into his chest shattering his rib cage under the force of the impact. Everyone stared in shock before they opened fire on her filling her with bullets only stopping when they realized she wasn't falling to the ground dead. Instead the bullets moved to her arms pushing themselves out through her finger tips dropping to the ground in a bloody pile. When the last bullet pushed itself out Rain began her attack, punching, kicking, breaking bones with every strike eventually she gained a knife killing the last few with it. In a frenzy Rain attacked the next person to walk through the door stabbing him in the stomach over and over again until he dropped long dead before he hit the floor.
She stood there for the longest time almost like she was waiting to see if anyone would show up to attack her but no one did. Eventually she ripped the knife out of the last agent before wiping it clean she took it with her it was a nice knife and she didn't want to leave it behind. When the knife was clean she put it away as she stood up walking through the pools of blood, she left the room, heading to her room where she stripped her clothes off, tossing them out of the way as she walked to the shower stepping in it she took a shower to wash the blood off.

The doors to the elevator opened, letting Logan out onto the top floor before he could even take a step he could smell the blood in the air that wasn't a good sign. Keeping his guard up, he stepped out into the hall, he was ready for any attack as he made his way to the office only stopping when he saw footprints crouching down, he stuck a finger in one of the prints he looked at the red on his finger this hadn't happened all that long ago. Standing up, he followed the trail to the office reaching out he slowly opened the door until he saw the bloody mess walking inside, he looked around arms were missing bones were broken heads facing the wrong way, oh and there was a leg hanging off the ceiling fan how it got up there he didn't know nor did he know how it stayed there as the fan slowly rotated around.
In the mess of bodies he did spot the Red Skull who he was suppose to meet there only now he was dead. Well, now he was annoyed the job was over with before it even began and he didn't even get paid Logan grunted before he began searching the place for something to drink. Using one of his claws he cut the lock on the cabinet, grabbed a bottle of brandy he poured some into a tumbler before taking it and the bottle over to the desk, he sat down so he could think while he drank and try to come up with something. Not like he could deal with Viper himself he didn't know much about her other then she had green hair dressed in green and had a strange thing for whips. Logan smirked to himself as he realized that made her sound more like a dominatrix then a head of HYDRA which made him wonder why Skull had such a problem with the woman that he had to bring Logan into this.

Even a head of HYDRA needed a day all to herself. But, apparently, the price to pay for taking the day off resulted in a rather messy and disgusting office to clean up. She could smell the blood not long after stepping off the elevator; the air conditioner having run long enough to circulate the coppery tang throughout the hallway. Gunpowder and hot metal mingled together, doing their best to subdue the other, more obvious stench of death and everything that would accompany men being torn to pieces. There had not been a shootout or evidence of a raid, one would expect that. On the contrary, everything seemed quite and pristine until she rounded the corner to her office. A pair of bloody footprints left the room, giving only a small precursor of what remained inside.
The man inside was somewhat unexpected, but Viper was more perturbed by the fact he had dipped in to her personal stock of alcohol. That particular bottle he was nursing was a rather expensive bit of brandy. Her eyes then proceeded to roam over the room, noting the placement of various bodies and their parts. Unlike his surroundings, the man was clean and devoid of viscera and gore, meaning he was not behind this bloodshed. Her gaze traveling downward, Viper noted amongst the carnage were bloody rounds grouped together as if simply dropped by someone standing. Frowning, the gave the man one last look before continuing down the hall, following the bloody footprints.
Outside Rain's room, Viper did something rather uncharacteristically of her; she knocked. Not receiving an answer, but hearing the shower running, the green-haired woman entered and, seeing the door to the bathroom slightly cracked, she called out, a mix of frustration and disappoint in her voice rather than anger. "Rain? I thought I had taught you better. At the very least, do you intend to have the mess in my office cleaned up? Or will I be forced to do that myself?" Not that she would. That's what minions were for. But Viper was wanting answers for the reason there were dead men in her office, along with someone draining her alcohol reserves.

Logan was pulled from his thoughts when the door opened, a woman walked inside, he looked her over as she did him before looking around the room at the mess she must have figured he wasn't the one who had done this before leaving. If he had to guess that was Viper finally returning, he finished off the latest glass he had poured for himself before leaning back in the chair, putting his feet up on the desk while waiting for the woman to return from where she had wandered off to. Probably to find someone to clean up the mess the bodies had created.
Rain turned off the shower before opening the door to face Viper "You did. They were threats and I terminated them." It was pretty simple, why Viper didn't realize that she didn't know "I can't imagine you cleaning anything up." She titled her head slightly, "You probably keep a group of people you hate around just to clean up such messes instead of killing them." She stepped out of the shower wrapping a towel around her. "The man with the skull head came looking for you he wasn't happy about something he had called Wolverine in to deal with you and wanted me to help him. I refused, he attacked and I killed him along with the others that attacked me." She finally explained, knowing Viper would want more details over what had happened then what she had first given her. Unlike Viper Rain didn't know who the Red Skull was or why he would be so mad at her to bring in that man. She did know a little about Wolverine, but not much.

"Threats to whom? Myself or you? If it was the former, I appreciate it greatly. If it is the latter, then you had the right to defend yourself." Viper stated, though she wished it had been done in some place other than her office. Hopefully her things could be cleaned up with not much lingering damage. She couldn't help but smile a little at Rain's second statement though. "I won't and I do have such a group. Anyone who currently pisses me off is usually in that unfortunate group. For example, the man who is currently drinking from my private stock. I take it he arrived after you let?"
The man with the skull head? That bit of news stopped Viper in her tracks. "You killed Schmidt?" With one single move, Rain had opened up a way for Viper to seize more power inside HYDRA. Why she had never used the woman to do this before, she was unsure. But now… perhaps there were others she could send the young woman after. "The Red Skull gave no indication of why he was unhappy? No frame of reference?" Had this just been a power play? Had he thought Viper outlived her usefulness and it was time to get rid of her?
As for the Wolverine? That name she knew, at least by reputation. Basically nothing more than a contract killer, he was used in situations that needed cleaning up. The rumor was that he was the best at what he did. But at least that would explain who the man was in her office. "Get dressed. We may have one threat to take care of before the day is over." Viper hoped that wouldn't be the case. If Wolverine was a contract killer, perhaps he would realize the man was supposed to pay him was currently laying dead on her floor and realize that the job was a bust.

"You and he tried to force me to help him." Rain only took orders from Viper no one else that sort of made her HYDRA only she'd never take orders from any other head and would attack anyone who was a threat to Viper even if it was another head of HYDRA. Rain gave her a confused look "I don't know of this man." she had no idea who Viper was talking about she was alone when she had left her office. Well, mainly alone if you don't count the bodies that she had left behind.
Rain just gave a slight shrug, she didn't know who that man was but if that was the man with the skull head then yes she did kill him. "He didn't seem to approve of the things you were doing or how you were doing them. He said other things, but I don't know German, but it didn't sound like he was happy or they were nice things." you didn't have to speak the language the to know when someone was mad.
Rain did as she was told getting dressed in clothes similar to what she had on earlier, she mostly wore black to cover up any blood stains if she was shot while on a mission. Less people stopping her and far less questions about where the blood had come from. When she was dressed, she waited for Viper she wasn't going to charge in there and make an even bigger mess of Viper's office than she already did.

"You did the right thing, Rain. Thank you… for defending my life." It was a rare thing for Viper to praise someone of lower rank, and even more rare for her to personally thank someone for their actions. But Rain was different and held a unique position in Viper's little black heart, even if neither realized it or chose to admit it. Viper didn't expect her to know the man caught drinking in her office, but that would soon change. "I believe we should meet this little intruder together then." Viper wasn't afraid of confrontations, but she certainly wasn't about to take any chances, not after the Red Skull had wanted to see her dead.
Few people had ever approved of Viper's methods, particularly since they often involved her taking precautions against failure. If the Red Skull had been wanting to kill her, it could have been due to any number of reasons. Particularly if he had discovered her siphoning money from his various accounts from across the world. Puppet accounts, off-shore, swiss bank, money given and used by actual legitimate businesses. HYDRA had very deep pockets from all around the world, in various forms of currency and in both legal and illegal methods. Take a little from each account at a time, and though it had taken a few years, Viper had acquired a rather hefty nest egg. Or, if it had not been due to that, perhaps he was upset over her tactics and methods when it came to running her portion of HYDRA. Unlike the other leaders, Viper occasionally preferred to play the long game. She was perfectly content to wait out her enemies on her little island nation while the other heads went after the various heroes and vice versa. If she were lucky, perhaps they would kill each other.
Whatever the reason, Viper honestly didn't care. Once Rain was ready, Viper quickly checked her side arm, making sure it was loaded, just in case their visitor decide to be a bit unruly, and the two of them returned to her office where the man was still enjoying her alcohol. "You're looking rather comfortable. Tell me, is there anything I can get you before I allow my associate to forcibly evict you from my office and my headquarters? I promise you that she will be as rough and as violent as the situation calls for. Please, feel free to give her a reason. I think I'm in the mood for some violence."

Rain just gave a slight nod the whole praise thing was just as strange to Viper as it was to Rain she was merely doing her job nothing more than that. She didn't expect anything in return and she never did it just wasn't how she was....programed sort of speak. She didn't need a pat on the head or to try and impress anyone she was just there to do whatever job she had been given. While Viper checked her gun Rain grabbed her Ka-Bar hiding it in her right boot. She didn't use small firearms much and her assault rifle might be a bit much for this and the fact it'd ruin more of Viper's office.
Logan looked up at the two women as they entered a quick sniff told Logan the smaller of the two women was the one who had killed everyone in the room before he had got here. He finished his drink before getting up "I got six reasons why that's a bad idea." his claws tore out from between his knuckles that bled slightly before healing "And I bet I'll be the only one who walks away from this little get together." Killing them both wouldn't be that hard for him "Unless you got a better idea I'll be adding yer bodies to the pile before I leave this hell hole."

Viper raised an eyebrow upon seeing claws burst forth from the back of the man's hands. "Then perhaps we can discuss this like civilized people instead." The claws easily identified who this man was. "You're the one they call Wolverine, aren't you? I take it that you were sent here to kill someone. If it was the Red Skull who hired you, I do hope he paid you in advance, as what remains of him is scattered about the room. And who is to say that he would actually have paid you in the end? Schmidt was a man who liked his genetic superiorities. If you are a mutant, which I guess that you are, he would have had a way to avoid giving you money."
Viper thought quick about how to deal with this situation most efficiently. She wanted to avoid more bloodshed, as well as avoiding her own death. Rain could take quite a lot of damage, but the girl had her limits. As for the Wolverine, he seemed to have qualities and traits that Viper was starting to take an interest in. He could be of some use. "What would need to be done in order for us to all be able to walk out of this room alive? There are no real reasons for there to be anymore deaths today. The Red Skull will be missed, but HYDRA will move on without him."

Logan retracted his claws "Fine. I can be civilized." but he didn't take his eyes off the one called Rain she was the biggest threat in the room other then himself. She was the one who had created this mess and ended his job before it even started. "Some people call me that yeah." he leaned on the desk with his arms crossed over his chest "He didn't, but I know someone who can get me my money. Because I would hunt him down and kill him myself if she hadn't done it. No one screws me over and lives to talk about it." Logan had killed his fair share of higher up HYDRA agents who had hired him to do something then decided not to pay him for the work he did. "Just because I do things for HYDRA every now and then doesn't mean I won't kill one who decides not to pay me. I've killed my fair share of the higher up's who couldn't put a crowbar in their pocketbooks."
Logan picked up the bottle he had been drinking out of he was planning on taking it with him "Schmidt was planning something else saw the container when we first got to the island couldn't see inside though. Too many chemicals to be able to tell what it was. He got really mad when they weren't being careful enough with it killed a few men over it. Whatever it was he didn't want it damaged or waking up." Did he know if whatever was in the container was alive? No. With these guys it wouldn't surprise him if there was a person inside it. "But I can tell you this whatever's inside that container isn't here like he wanted." The truck that was carrying it could have gotten stolen slim chance but it could happen or it got blown up either way he didn't know.

Viper sighed internally as Wolverine retracted his claws. They were quite the interesting weapon. Perhaps later, if there was enough trust and confidence between the two of them, she would ask about their origin. "Yes, I've heard you have that sort of reputation. But it is a form of personal honor, I suppose. It is admirable. Keep in mind that, had Schmidt paid you in advance, I would have offered more for you not to have killed me. What would you have said to that?" she asked. An easy and somewhat reliable way to figure out individuals was to discover how they handled money.
"A container?" Viper asked, immediately interested. As far as she knew, there had been no shipments planned for today or this week, at least none that would have caused the Red Skull such an uproar. But then again, she was unaware of his visit, as well. What had he been planning? "What do you mean 'it isn't here'?" A possible coup, an attempt on her life, and now there was a container full of something potentially dangerous loose on the streets of a city where crime ran everything. This day just kept getting better and better. She was going to need a shipping manifesto and any and all information of the Red Skull's activities in the past month, just to be safe. And, as of right now, the only people she trusted to carry out these tasks were in the room with her.
Muttering a quick curse in Hungarian, Viper looked at the man. "Tell me, Wolverine, how would you like to have a full time position with HYDRA? A very high up position." She would not give up Rain for him as she liked the woman and her talents, but the man could serve as a wonderful ally, which, right now, Viper needed all the allies she could get.

"I usually see a contract to the end unless I'm not paid up front then it could go either way." If the client had paid before hand they would get their money's worth. But if they hadn't paid someone with a better offer could always change his mind. Unless he didn't like the person who was trying to pay him to stop whatever he had been paid to do. Then he'd probably still kill them or whatever.
"It should have been here waiting before I even showed up and it's not. By now someone would have told you it was outside." It wasn't that big, but it'd still be hard to miss if it was sitting in the parking lot or even right in front of the doors. Wherever it was and whatever happened to it was anyone's guess. But it was something to worry about having no idea what was inside. The last thing needed was some monster or bio-weapon running around killing everyone. "Probably should get your men looking for it before a body count starts."
"I wouldn't mind working full time with HYDRA, but I don't like wearing green and yellow or those stupid getups most of them wear." That was his only problem with working full time with HYDRA he didn't like green much nor those stupid uniforms that nearly all the agents wore. All he wore was a pair of boots, blue jeans and a white sleeveless shirt. Kept it simple and it wasn't an eyesore.
